SERVICE TAX AND TDS calculation in case of works contract where vat also included in the bill
I.e whether service tax to be calculated including vat and TDS to be deducted including VAT.
Clarify with any case laws or circular or notification.

Service tax is calculated excluding VAT. Sir kindly refer Rule 2A of Service Tax (Determination of Value) Rules, 2006 and Circular No. 01/2014 dt 13-01-2014.
