A company ABC ltd. having its 3 plants namely A,B & C. Company sold its plant A to company XYZ ltd.with some service tax and excise duty dues on the plant.
My Query is that who will pay the same with decided case law..

after selling the new owner i.e xyz ltd will pay as its their liability now.
