good afternoon sir,
Sir i am filling my excise return in ER1 Form.sir we are service receiver.than sir i want to ask you that when we fill my excise return in ER1 then can we adjust servive tax amount which we deposit.(GTA. 75% on SECURITY SERVICES etc,)

Yes as long as the credits are eligible. GTA inwards/ intermediate and security available. Outward GTA may notbe available.

but sir amt. of freight outward i cannot claim in excise return er1.

SIR IN FREIGHT OUTWARD SERVICE TAX ADD 12.36%. SIR CAN WE ADJUST THIS AMT.IN ER1 RETURN
