Dear Sir,
I paid service tax on Transporter Gross Bill with out deducting 75 % on the gross amount.I claimed on 100%. Is it Correct?
What is the correct method for paying service tax on Transporter Bill.
Please help me.

its ok but you can take credit only for input cartage & stock transfer cartage you will tranfer seevice tax paid (Exps.)on outwards cartage.

Correct method is to pay service tax after claiming abatement of 75% which is uncoditional now.
It is not right firstly pay more then claim it in cenvat
