Dear sir,
One of our client(Private Limited Company) is paying freight,but the Good Transporter is not charging service tax on the bill,they are telling in the case of Company,liability of service tax of the company itself,if that in what category of service the company has to registered with the service tax authority.
Please advice as soon as possible .

You need to register under Goods transport by Road (GTA) services and pay the service tax for the transport charges paying
