Suppose A C.A Firm Has a Gross receipt of Rs. 50 Lacs out of which out of Pocket expenses of Rs. 40Lacs, whether service tax still have to pay??

Service tax is on gross value of service and not on profit. Threshold limit is also for the gross amount received.
