29 July 2010 A PERSON HAS A TURNOVER OF RS 800000 AND BY NEXT YEAR IT MAY EXCEED TEN LACS HE DOESNT WANT TO PAY ANY SERVICE TAX CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST A WAY TO SAVE SERVICE TAX

29 July 2010 The turnover limit is exceeds exemption limit the service tax applicablity is mandatory also service tax is not paying from your pocket you need collect from the service receivers only the why you want to avoid the same?

02 August 2010 There is no way out available. However, even in the next year, initial turnover of 10 lacs shall remain exempt. It is not that from day one you need to obtain registration and start paying service tax in the next year only on anticipatory basis, unless you are determined to volunteer.

Tax compliance is always better.
