My transporting income exceed rs.10lacs in february and my s.t. registration dt.24.03.2010 please tell me s.t. charge on whole bill of march or not
i am not charged s.t. up to february bills
please tell me i am liable to pay s.t. in whole amount y/n

hi shrivastava g, u need to pay service tax on amount in excess of Rs. 10 lakh, so for value of services in the month of march 2010, k

Right jatin, there is treshhold of 10L so you need to pay ST on amt over and above the threshhold
