05 March 2021 ONE OF MY CLIENT HAVE ONE BUS AS HE IS RUNNING HIS BUS FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER TO CARRY ON PASSENGER.MY QUESTION IS THAT SHALL ANY SERVICE TAX IS LIABLE TO PAY FOR HIS YEARLY TURNOVER OR NOT ? KINDLY CLARIFY SIR.
