30 June 2016 Dear Sir,
I want to know if an individual carrying 2-3 business Like Classes & other but having one service tax no. is right or he want to take different Service tax no. for different business.

30 June 2016 As per sub-rule (4) of rule 4 of the Service Tax Rules, 1994, only one Registration certificate is to be taken even if the person provides more than one service from the same premises for which registration is sought.However, while making application for registration, all taxable services provided by the person should be mentioned. If you are providing multiple services then mention all those services in ST-1.

30 June 2016 you can add new services in your registration number for that you can make online application and then you get add new service in your registration number.

30 June 2016 how can you file return. may possible its may penalise to you., due to form this year service tax deptt. are doing audit of the service tax return and checking with your b/s and make demand of the diff of service tax, i have already recd. 2 query from deptt.
