I am developer. I took service tax number last year. Do I need to paid service tax for the past three years ?

you need to pay servicetax from the financial year in which your total receipts/ turnover exceeds 10 lakhs
once turnover crossed 10 lakhs you can start charging service tax on your invoice and remit same to department
