if Any co. turnover 9 Lakh and service taxable that co. Registered Service tax department.
what the co. has to fill service tax return or not

If the company is having service tax registration, Service Tax Return in ST-3 should be filed irrespective of the turnover.

after registration with service tax you can file service tax return in form ST-3.
