we have in the service tax audit point manpower reverse we pay service tax on manpower can i use this as cenvat for services tax

Cenvat could not be utilized for payment of service tax under reverse charge . But the cenvat of the service tax paid under reverse charge can be taken once after the payment is made.

agree. payment made under reverse charge cab be taken as we vat credit only upon payment
