14 May 2016 we have in the service tax audit point manpower reverse we pay service tax on manpower can i use this as cenvat for services tax

15 May 2016 Cenvat could not be utilized for payment of service tax under reverse charge . But the cenvat of the service tax paid under reverse charge can be taken once after the payment is made.
