Dear Sir, we are providing paper ad agency service. and we are collecting service tax. But our turnover is below exemption limit . What to do now.

The limit of Rs.10 lacs turnover is not applicable and the company is liable to remit the tax whatever is collected.
Once the tax is collected, then the details of such collection is called return can no means become nil.
