02 September 2012 I am an Merchant exporter and i came to know that what ever service tax i pay it is refundable if yes? then pls let me know the procedure where to register myself and else i have to do to get tax refundable and secondly how much % i will get refunded.

02 September 2012 You can claim rebate of service tax in terms of notification 41/2012-st dated 29.06.2012.

Apart from above services mentioned in notifications 31/2012 and 42/2012 are also exempted
