04 July 2012 if a person is having st no nd he is not sure whether his income will exceed 10lacs or not ,is he liable to file return on estimated basis??

04 July 2012 He can file the NIL return if the taxable turnover does not exceed Rs. 10 Lakhs in previous year or in current year already.

04 July 2012 As there is no tax liability no payment ..He just need to file half yearly returns...And its not about exceeding 10laks income its all about taxable recpts..
