15 November 2011 TRANSPORTER ARE NOT LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX . IT IS LIABILITY OF SERVCE RECEIVABR. BUT IF TRANSPORTER WANT TO PAY IT , HE WILL CHARGE SERVICE TAX ON 25% VALUE @10.3%.
