shall we pay service tax for restaurant service, royalty service pay both combined. if pay both combined payment means why we pay like this

06 January 2014 royalty is not paid for resturant and service tax on restuatarnt business is applicable.

06 January 2014 thank you sir, but actually i doing aritcalship. In my office one of the client pay royalty fees for a week 16300/- shall we pay royalty fees for service tax and service tax for restaurant pay split it or combined those thing

i have one dout
intimation u/s 200A of the income tax act 1961. i had recived interest on late payment. 194j,194i,194c the both of tds amt combinedly
come interest on late payment. in this case which section come for calculate the challan.
i want urgent plz tell me sir

21 January 2014 i have one dout sir this jaipur v.rajasthan court order apply whole india or that place only.. (that service tax not included in the fee for professional services or technical service)
