08 June 2013 sir please tell me service tax received in the month of may when it will deposit in the bank ??? and when service tax return will fill?????

08 June 2013 Service tax received in the month of may to be deposited with in 5th day of next month

service tax return can be filed with in 25th October for april-september quarter

08 June 2013 Service tax payment need to be deposited with in 5th of the next month by offline and 6th of the next month for online payments.

Returns are half yearly Apr-Sep half year need to file on or before 25th of October

11 June 2013 Service tax deposit you can deposit online using the below link. challan is GAR-7

https://cbec.nsdl.com/EST/InputPageForEPaymentServlet

and return is mandatory online filing using your login in www.aces.gov.in

download excel return filing utility and fill and convert xml file and upload
