We are MNC company having units Globally one of our sister company have provided us testing service then i have to pay service tax under reverse charge.
please share any notification or circular regarding.
please guide me.

Is the MNC company that provided service situated outside India?

if its in india then its charge service tax on invoice, and if from outside then you have to pay servcie tax under RCM.
