WHETHER SERVICE TAX TO BE PAID ON PAYMENT MADE TO NON RESIDENT TOWARDS CONSULTANCY SERVICE PROVIDED WITH RESPECT TO MARKETING OUR PRODUCTS IN ITALY AS IMPORT OF SERVICES
