3. Tax deposit & Return Deposit due date
4. Interest & penalties
5. Assessment way
6. After my Service Tax registration My duties and resposblites.

14 February 2012 Limit to Registration Rs. 10 Lacs
Whenever you crossing the Billing amt Rs. 10 Lacs you are liable to charge service tax & pay to govt.
2.Yes you are will eligible to cenvat credit for your Input service tax
3.You have to file ST3 Return half yrly
(Apr-Sept) 25 Oct & (Oct-Mar), 25 Apr
Dt of payment 5 of next month for bank deposit & 6th for epayment. (for company)
& for proprietorship & Partnership it is quarterly basis Apr-June,July-Sep,Oct-Dec,Jan-Mar
4 Intt will be applicable @ 18% pa for late payment
Penalty - 500 for 15 days, 1000 for 30 days, from 31 days - 100 Rs/day, Max-20000
5 Its depends on Excise dept scrutiny.
(Once in, 5 yrs)
6 If you Registered with dept, but your billing amt is below 10 lacs then there is no require to charge service tax, If you wants to charge service tax then no problem
