20 December 2014 assess registered under service tax act.His
turnover during FY 13 14 172 lakhs. Out of
this 137 lakhs covered under service and remaining 35 lakhs contain material supply.Now since assessee does't have VAT regi. service tax official want to include entire sum under service tax and asked to pay additional Rs. 4.32 lakhs as service tax. how far Service tax officials order is tenable ?
