2800$ has been purchased @65.4 from foreign exchange company,help me to find service tax on it??

Either Pay 12.36% on Diff between RBI Rate at that time and INR65.40 or pay Rs. 170 as per Rule 6 for Payment of Service Tax of The Service Tax Rules, 1994.
