EXPERTS, a firm is charging serv. tax from us for printing/supplying stationeries like letterpads,vouchers,leaflets,brochures, receipts etc.
Is it justified (if yes then under what serv. category & section)

No service tax on printing work. But if the work involves designing, it may attract service tax on charges for that work.
