19 September 2009 Acc. prov. of Sec. 40(ia) of the Income-tax Act, 1961

The amounts on which TDS is deducted and not paid to the Central Government would be disallowed and also the amounts on which TDS is deductible but the same is not deducted would also be dis allowed.
