THEN "YOUR GROUP" BECOME THE OWNER BY SUCCESSION. MEMBER'S MAY SHOW CAPITAL GAINS
IN PROPORTION TO THEIR RESPECTIVE SHARE AFTER SUCH RELINQUISHMENT OR IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE TRANSFER TAKES PLACE.
