29 September 2012 It may be problem because while assessment processing the department or CPC has check the status of tax payment based on the information provided by us. If you filed it then leave it and wait for 143(1) intimation in such intimation Self assessment tax credit considered by the CPC then no problem in case it not consider the file 154 rectification by correcting your mistake.
In case you not yet file your return then first change the challan no and the file.
