self assessment tax against advance tax

one of our client had paid paid advance tax but by mistake they have mark wrong column(400)as self assessment tax, actually correct marking was advance tax (100). Now they have received a show cause notice why they have not paid advance tax for that year. now what reply need to give income tax department

Pl file a reply stating the actual facts together with the challan copy and the return acknowledgement copy.
