Hi,
I accidentally have paid a lower tax on my self assessed tax. Can I pay the correct sum again. Is it ok to have the self assessment tax paid in multiple challans. Is there an issue while filing returns ?

There is no issue in paying the difference amount through other challan. You can pay.

No there is no problem while assessee deposited I Tax with multiple challan..
