respected sir,
I have to questins
1. is there any tax libility is there where i can sell the fish in the market in bulk.
2.can we pay vat tax in sale of goods like fish meal & fish oil extracted from fish.

if the fish is sold in raw conditions not processed VAT will not applicable.

only when it is packed & stored in the cold storage & processed as a brand then only VAT is applicable.

but what % of tax is chargable 4% or 14.5% as per AP Vat normes When fish is packed & stored in the cold storage & processed as a brand.
