22 November 2012 UNDER REVERSE CHARGES SERVICE TAX APPLICABLE ON SECURITY SERVICE W.E.F FROM 7TH AUGUST.

BUT NOW SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE OR NOT, IF NOT PLSASE PROVIDE NOTIFICATION DETAILS

22 November 2012 Service tax under partial reverse charge on security services has NOT been withdrawn and is still applicable.

22 November 2012 It is still applicable and half of the tax has to be paid by the Service provider and remaining half by service receiver.

22 November 2012 Dear CA Ashwini, the service tax is not to be borne equally.

75% by the service recipient and 25% by the service provider.
