nro a/c is to be considered as savings a/c or claiming refund through ecs? and interest of nro a/c can be claimed as deduction u/s 80tta

Yes, it is a saving account for IT Refund purpose. Interest of NRO Savings A/c can be claimed as deduction U/s 80TTA.
