one of my clients brother cant hear and talk. he have 100% disability. can any body tell me what section we can follow for taking rebate. and tell me the full procedure. what form to be certfied from doctors?

Manintenance of Disabled person including medical covered under secrion 80DD. A certicate shall be in form 10-IA need to be obtained
