Dear Experts,
i have paid Rs. 23000/- medical premium. i have also submitted the same to my employer. the employer has given Rs. 15000/- medical reimbursement exemption. now my question is can i avail the deduction rest of 8000/- while filing the return,

Yes you can claim the amount of 8000/ also.
