29 May 2012 When Section 66B will be applicable on the assessees? when the bill will be passed or when the notification comes.

29 May 2012 This section would be applicable from the date to be notified by Central Government and it would be notified by CG by issuing notification. Finance Bill 2012 has got the assent of the President of India on 28.05.2012 however aforesaid notification has not been issued till now. Therefore, we can conclude that this section would be applicable after concerned notification would be issued by CG.
