22 November 2010 An Assessee has sold her long term residential house in year 2007-08 and purchase 2 house within time limit.

assessee has purchased neighbor house as 304 and 305, entrance for the both houses are same.

can assessee claim exemption for both houses.

22 November 2010 When you say 2 house, but entrance is same, Whether two different sale deeds exist or only one?

Moreover when the assessee has sold the house during the year 2007-08, after 2 1/2 years why the question arises?
