An Assessee has sold her long term residential house in year 2007-08 and purchase 2 house within time limit.
assessee has purchased neighbor house as 304 and 305, entrance for the both houses are same.
can assessee claim exemption for both houses.

When you say 2 house, but entrance is same, Whether two different sale deeds exist or only one?
Moreover when the assessee has sold the house during the year 2007-08, after 2 1/2 years why the question arises?
