Dear all
In Our Indian Pvt. company, having holding of Indian Public company around 80% then it is compoulsory to do compliances of sec.43a of Companies ACt?
if it is repealed then give me ref./ amendment if any.

Yes this section is repealed now as per section 43A(11).
Find below sub-section (11):
Section 43A(11) Nothing contained in this section, except sub-section (2A), shall apply on and after the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000.]

provision of Section 43A is Inoperative from the commencement of the companies (amendment) act 2000 i.e.13-12-2000.
