Is TDS Covered under section 43B (a) any tax ,duty .is tds covered in Clause 26 of form 3 CD FOR REPORTING PURPOSE. PLEASE ADVISE

No. TDS will not come under 'any sum payable......by way of tax.....' mentioned in
