13 April 2011 Is Payment to Employee more than 20000 as imprest or advance for expenses also cover u/s 40A(3)?
If employee paid various expenses to various person on different dates, he claim the expenses a lum sum amount from company and company paid him all the payment in cash which is more than 20000 in a day. Is this cover u/s 40A(3)?
