Plz explain me that as per section 297, specified person includes the private company who's shares are purchase by director or Wer he is director??

Yes because sec 297(1) says... a pvt co of which the director is a member or director....

It means that if a director has some percentage of paid up share capital of any company then that company ll b said as specified person???
