section 269 sst certificate

i am on an outstation audit. my principal asked me to take "269 sst certificate" from the co. the problem is that neither me nor my co. personnels know bout this thing.
if anyone has any information on it please provide me it would be beneficial if i can get format of that certificate.

25 September 2008 It is Sec 269-SS and 269-T under sec 269 SS loan and advance exceeding Rs.20000/- should be made through a/c payeee cheque or draft. and u/s 269T repayment of loan and advance also a/c payee cheque or draft. you can also chech form 3cd of audit report.
