13 September 2013 What are the expenses that are to be borne for the formation of Section 25 Companies going to have the authorised capital of Rs 50000.Kindly resolve my query and oblige

First of all Thanks for the reply .
And i have gone through all the prov and procedures for such formation and had even calculated the ROC fee which comes to Rs 5500 .But the problem that i am facing is the professionals are giving the estimates near about 17000 .So what i want to clarify is am i correct that its 5500 or else am i missing some important component of the expenses to be borne .

14 September 2013 As my boss is asking me to bifurcate the professional fee and Direct expenses for the formation of Section 25 companies . So,is rest of the expenses is professional fee part

14 September 2013 I think my reply is not for you so i am deleting my answer. It is not a query, so choose the right platform.

Tell your boss, that he goes to ROC and make section 25 company. Only your boss can make section 25 company in such amount.

19 September 2013 Fine and for your kind info the ROC exp for the formation of section 25 company is not that much high ,for the companies without sharecapital and members of 15 its just come to Rs 2800 and rest part is either professional fee or bribe taken by ROC officials .And there is nothing to use so harsh language ,it was just the enquiry and its better to use a soft language as you are such a senior and i cant expect such type of answer from your end .I had just asked about the ROC fee part nothing else .
