14 April 2010 Form 24AA is used for disclosure of interest by director as desired by section 299.

This form is not required to be submitted with ROC.

In this form a director can make all general disclosure where he must be considered interested to the board of directors. This form is for internal purpose of the company is submit by a director to the board members.
