25 March 2018 as per latest amendment made in section 139a every non individual entity entering into a financial transaction of 250000 or more has to obtain a pan
I am running a small business of tailoring annual revenue of 300000 it is a proprietory concern and the proprietor has a PAN then is he required to take another pan for his entity

25 March 2018 For sole Proprietorship entity is not separate legal entity like firm, AOL, Trust or Company, Proprietor is whole and sole for any number of Business carried under the Umbrella of Proprietorship, Individuals PAN Is the considered for business since no separate entity.

25 March 2018 so as i told you will a small proprietorship concern of tailoring required to get a PAN(unique entity number)
if the propietor ALREADY has a PAN with regard to changes made by finance act 2018

25 March 2018 No need any separate PAN for Proprietorship Business. So, You can use Your PAN for your tailoring business income and any other Income..

28 March 2018 DO I HAVE TO MAINTAIN ANY BOOKS OF TAILORING BUSINESS FOR A SALE OF AROUND 4 LAKH IN A YEAR AND PROFIT OF 2.5LAKH ANNUALLY
