My scrutiny assessment is going on with the assessing officer under income tax act for the assessment year 2014-2015.
i have got an email from the CPC that the assessing officer has passed an order under section 154.
now i want to know that whether the AO can pass the order under section 154 pending the assessment under section 143(3).

the 154 must have been passed in respect of 143(1) intimation. kindly check
