16 February 2016 My scrutiny assessment is going on with the assessing officer under income tax act for the assessment year 2014-2015. i have got an email from the CPC that the assessing officer has passed an order under section 154. now i want to know that whether the AO can pass the order under section 154 pending the assessment under section 143(3).
