Hi,
Whether Tax Audit is compulsory for all the Companies?
If a company's turnover/gross receipts is less than 60 lacs, does audit report of 3CA and 3CD is to be issued?

No not compulsory for all companies. Required only when it crosses the limit of Rs 60 lacs.
