    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    I would like to have Queries on Direct, Indirect Taxation, Accounting Standard and IFRS. I would not be able to give guidance on Stock Markets.

    Intimating Nsdl is of no use as they saying that the right to accept letters is of the A.O

    Defaults have been generated for tds of interest for late payment of tds.what should i do ?do i revise all the returns or make payment and write a letter to the A.O as is done in case of intimations received?
