One of my client wants to form Pvt Ltd Co. can any one tell what are the charges to be paid to ROC to form a pvt ltd co.

For forming a private limited company, you have to fill FORM 1A for the approval of name which will cost you appx Rs.500. Before that all the director have to apply for DIN application and each DIN will cost you Rs.100. Once the name is approved by you have to fill another FORM 1 wherein you have to pay stamp duty as per the paid up capital and place of registration( this would be known from the site www.mca.gov.in. Also you have to Fill Form 18 and 32 which will again depend on the the paid up capital and place of registration.
