my client has goods transportation business. He own 2 Truck & 3 truck on higher basis. He issue Transport bills. State whether Sec 44 AE Apply or not.Also it is possible to use Sec 44 AE For own truck & Sec 44 AD for truck use on rent basis.

For all the trucks he should offer his income as per section 44AE.
